Snack of the Month

Chili Popcorn:   4 servings, 1 cup each 50 cals 3 grams fat

  • 1 quart popcorn, popped
  • 1 Tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • dash garlic
  1. mix hot popcorn and margarine
  2. mix seasonings thoroughly; sprinkle over popcorn. mix well
  3. serve immediately
